There is no basik pack for 9.103 and i always reccomend a basickpack for a 32mb device, and i do not like 9.053 either had to correct a lot of peoples units using this navcore 9.051 is just a better all rounder, you will not notice any diffrence between the 3 of them .

And i can not say if tomtom services will be back but if not we will work with it and get it back for you ;)

Ok are you using a config folder ??? if not create a file in the root of your device called "model.txt" and inside put "x50" then save ,

If you are using the config folder check to see if you got the following files in it and what they say inside
"setconfig.txt" make shure it says "model:x50"
"cycle.txt" inside "x50"
"model.txt" inside "x50"

You will then emulate a x50 unit and should get the TomTom Services icon

I dont see why you are getting 2 of each icon? have you delited everything from your device and started a fresh install instead of overwiting files each upgrade, i reccomend a quik format ( even tho some people dont like to format theyer units it has never done mine any harm) on the drive and starting again and try a few diffrent emulations untill you get the menu right, x10 , x20 , x30 , x40 , x50

TTSoff = switch TTS off, not for Devices with original TTS
FMon = FMTransmitter on (for x10)
FMoff = switch auto enabled FM by some Emus again off, only for Device without FM, Mp3-Player not more available
btoff = disable BT, if you not need, save then a little more RAM
bton = if you not have BT enable it Button for Speedcams in Menu
noautooutsource = 32MB Device do outsource as Standard, to disable that
delgns = remove (Start,supend) old TMC-Data (gns/gnsdata)
delmap = delete each boot currentmap.dat
cleanflash= delete all from Flash what is possible (*.mac etc.), Settings lost
runcheck = check a few "important" Files, view config.txt for Result
changedtext: = you can change the Text on Status/Info Screen, write your own Text in the File
SDid: = write for each SD/Memory a other Number inside and you can for each use a own different Mainsetting
usesetting= use always Settings from SD, not the in Device itself saved Settings
fixtmc = if your Antenna cant find a Station, (mainly x10)
fixpna = rewrite the broken Map .pna File
model: =see down

It is not a issue of like or not. I've never had a need. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Have you got in the setconfig "bton" , like pietu told you in post #40 also you have both fmon + fmoff you can not have both only 1 of these same for bt on and bt off only 1 of these so delite btoff and put bton.

i have since removed that navcore those details were from as i had no icon pictures at all and the device was locking up all the time

i have put 9051 nav core on the device with no config file on but it does have a a text folder and in there is a config file with the following info

Current Emulation: x40
BT: 0
TTS: on
Run in Save RAM Mode

i would like your views on the following, delete all info off the drive and roll it back to my original back up i made before i started adding new navcores, so tom tom services should be on there.
Then install a clean navcore with no patches(if you could suggest the best one for my device 9051 seems to have few issues)then check what options i get before i start patching devices and maps

or just run 9051 as it is now as the unit works fine just no services option

thanks for this help

Ok your BT is off, you need to make a config folder and create a setconfig.txt and inside make shure you have bton AND NO btoff you should then have the option for services
