Sound Not Available. Connect a Bluetooth Headset on TomTom S

Postby Yugesh » Wed May 11, 2011 10:46 am

Hi All
Please Assist
I have updated my TomTom Start with Navcore 9.205 for Rider as suggested in link
http://www.navitotal.com/forums/showthread.php?2699-Has-anyone-managed-to-upgrade-the-Navcore-on-a-TomTom-start.

After the navcore install, the new maps work perfectly except there is no sound on the device. It gives me the error "Sound Not Available.Connect a Bluetooth Headset"

Please assist
Regards
Mark

You need a BT headset for this 9.205.
Why not use the original Navcore with a custom menu as suggest in the thread?

There are several tutorials available and if you have no idea what you are doing it might be the easiest was to use the custum menu.
It is descibed in the thread and there is a tutorial for it available as well.

You can also save your settings from your last navcore, and overwrite over the new one (in your case 9.205). I did this and work without problems.
