someone w/navi backup

does anybody have a backup of the Navi 335 SE? for some reason my backup isn't working and my tomtom is stuck on bootscreen

Do a "soft" reset. Hold the on/off button for 15 seconds. If no help, do a "hard" reset. Hold the on/off button for 30 seconds.
