Skip waypoint

Does anyone know, where can I find "skip waypoint" tool:

I found this one:

but it doesn't have those arrows, like on this youtube video.

I have never had a problem just deleting the unneeded waypoint.

I know, but on the Kawasaki, with gloves, without stoping....
