This navcore 9.200 seems not to work with my device. Even patched with tendriver ttsystem.
It starts but when I should get the menus they are not ... complete (graphically). It doesn't react very well when I touch the screen. Seems like frozen. Then I have the screen you have when it is ready to use (the map of were you are). But still doesn't react when I touch the screen.

I have restored the Downunder files. It works well. For the BlueTooth problem I have tried to connect a SAGEM headset ... it connects !!
But the problem I have is that the voices I have doesn't work with the map (!!).
The message I have is :
"No voice available can be used with the actual language. You cannot have vocals instructions"
When i try to activate voice (through the menu) it says :
"You can update with TomTom home or go to TomTom.com."

I have already wrote french voice files in bin data etc.

Is it possible to update through TomTom home the device and/or the map ???

Please check the language settings again, if the menu language is english than you should be able to use english voices without a problem.
You can use standard (recorded) voices as well.
If you want to download voices and other content with Home you will need a ttgo.bak file with the numbers of the latest offical Navcore for your device in it.

No way. It doesn't want to "speak".
About the ttgo.bak, do you have an example of file that I could adapt to my model please?
I will write to the root of the SD?

You open the ttgo.bif with notepad, change the 2 values to what i said above (Latest officiall for your device) and then save as ttgo.bak , so you have a .bif + .bak

You can patch tthome only if you need to use "operate my device" feature, to do this :-

  • Connect your device to tthome
  • Choose "operate my device"
  • Let home download a small package of files (amongst these is the .dll you will need to patch)
  • Close tthome and open keygen 4.1D
  • Choose button in keygen 4.1D "Patch tomtom home"

Job done ;)

Rrrrrr.
Keygen says "Correct TomTomhom .dll missing for your device."
(TomTom home 2.7)

You must do this first before you try to patch

  • Connect your device to tthome
  • Choose "operate my device"
  • Let home download a small package of files (amongst these is the .dll you will need to patch)

That is exactly what I do.
TT home download something (then I see in TT home that I "can't use the map tralala..." but in fact I can use it)
Close TT home
Run in Keygen the "take care" of TT home.
And same message "Correct TomTomhom .dll missing for your device."

It seems it has patched the 9-201529550-1.dll.
Should I have to run Keygen for TT home or it is not mandatory by now?
Can I update what I want through TT Home or it is not recommended?
