ok the update meta within the keygen is tempory unavailable , please update the meta using this post from tendriver http://www.navitotal.com/forums/showthread.php?874-TomTom-Keygen-4.1D&p=5769#post5769

kiiiirk wrote:Navcore installed correctly. But no way to get Bleutooth connection with the TomTom headset (there is no speaker on the rider...)
Also with the keygen I am unable to generate a new meta file. I get "There was an error downloading the meta file try again later".
I always have it. Even for speedcams.
So the map doesn't work.

Is there another way to have a correct meta file?
Can I extract it from my original map (which runs correctly) ? (How to?)
The map is France 850.2820.

Thanks.

Oooohhh. Cool. Thanks.

Is there an issue to get the BlueTooth to work on a Rider with the navcore 9.201?
Please.

Hum ...
No.
But I am beginning to understand the meaning of it.

I have few questions about it :
I will create config folder on the root of my SD. In it I will create 4 .txt files:
MODEL.TXT (What do I write in it?)
SETCONFIG.TXT
VERSION.TXT
CYCLE.TXT (What do I write in it ?)

In parameter of setconfig :
- model / What should I write into for a Rider 1?
- sdid1 / I do not create this item if I only use 1 navcore ?
- runcheck / Will it write the result into setconfig.txt or do I have to create another file?
- delmap / I do not create this item if I only use 1 map?
- btoff / I do not create it if really want the BlueTooth to work?
- fmon / Necessary on a Rider?
- cleanflash / Necessary? (Seems I'd like to keep my settings !)
- noqfixdel / Necessary on a Rider ?

Ok download a folder that has the switchfiles in (eg SE_ttsystem.9.026.483454 has the switchfile folder inside) and copy the same structure but just change the details using this thread as a guide ;) http://www.navitotal.com/forums/showthread.php?917-Switchfiles-for-dummies

Thanks for the reference file.

Is it correct if I leave only this in my setconfig.txt :
model: ori (OK for a Rider?)
runcheck
changedtext:TomTom Rider
ttsoff
bton
fmoff
noautooutsource

If you use the Navcore from the Link I posted than you don't need any switchfiles!
In fact they are not even supported by this Navcore.
Only with a SE ttsystem and the corresponding .cab file you can use the switchfiles.
And bluetooth should work just fine with this Navcore, even the Scala headset.

Ok, I won't use any switchfile.
I am using the navcore you linked me.
And with the meta.txt + the keygen the map works. Cool.

But the Rider refuse to connect to my BlueTooth headset .

Off course everything works fine with my original SD (and navcore).

Have you tried to remove you phone out of the config and let the TT search again for it?
You can check on the TT Homepage if the Rider3 supports your phone to be sure.
All sorts of phones and headsets are reported to work fine, so maybe a clean new install will help if the phone is supported.

My problem is not to connect a phone.
My problem is the Rider to connect to the original Bluetooth headset.
As the Rider doesn't have speaker it is the only way to have sound indications!

Try the install again but maybe using v 9.200 instead of v 9.201 ;)

Ok. Could you tell me where these navcores are please?
I have searched the forum and did not find 9.200...:unknw_mini:
Not in "latest Navcores".

here is the .cab [Please Register or Login to download file] but i am unsure if it will work just by patching the ttsystem file as it is intended for the Rider v3 you can try it and in the meantime i will look for a SE ttsystem for it altho i have not seen one yet so try to patch with yDG tool
