POI files for almost any country and device

Some time ago I found [Please Register or Login to download file] and think it is a really good website to get started.

Members do a pretty good job of keeping files updated - if you join you can subscribe and be notified when changes are made. Australia only, but formats for just about every device.

They can be good I agree, but in the pas the users had massive problems there.
Starting with the fact that the free files are bogus and only contain nonsense but no real POI's and ending with users having a paid subsciption but getting no updates without paying again for it.
That is why I prefer a free service and if you check you will notice that as a free user you won't have much fun with them and paying for POI files?
There are the TT cams and other free sources - so IMHO there is no need for a dubious service with a questionable reputation...
But we let the users decide this one ;)
