Newbie question - help appreciated

Hey guys, I'm trying to update my girlfriends TomTom. I updated mine a few months aho with help from the members here - thanks for that - but I cannot seem to do it this time round.

The model number is N14644 - which I think is a "XL (30 Series) / 330 - 1GB"

I'm having difficulty finding the maps - I need UK & Ireland. Can anyone point me to them?
Any I have downloaded just do not work. Looking in the forums I'm not sure which section or anything I should be looking in.

I use the latest Fastacivate - but its not working for me, I must be doing something wrong.

If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it
