Need help... since update of Home

Hi !

I have a Tom tom 920 T.
I went to Belgium last week. So I thought it might be a good idea to update my tomtom.
I plugged it, and answer yes at any update it asked me. (quickgpsfix, mapshare, home)

As it was done, I've unplugged it and thought I was ready for my holliday trip.

Once I was on the road, I turned it on, it asked me to choose between USA and Western Europe maps.

Any choice will show me an error message "You can't use this map on your GPS"...

I'm now sure I was wrong when I updated something.
Any help would be welcomed to tell me what to do to get my maps back.

Try copying FastActivate to the root of your device and selecting options 2 & 3 and try again

You didn't do anything wrong. You just have a little patching issue.
Look in your map folders for a meta.dct file. No meta.dct files = maps not patched. Run FastActivate option 2 to patch the maps.
If you have the .meta.dct files, then run FastActivate option 3 to patch the navcore.

Thank you for your help !
I feel like it works as I received a message saying patching was done.
I can't try to use it right now as I don't use my car but I have a good feeling about this.
If only I had tried before going to Belgium I would have fixed my problem earlier and my trip would have been easier.

Sure you can. Go Main Menu, Navigate to, & build a short little 3 or 4 mile route. Click "Details" in the lower left corner of the "build screen". Click "Show route demo". If you still have a problem, you will see it running the demo.
