Yes you can, but I need partucularly this one, because it is the only one that is supposed to work with my TomTom Toyota.

Of cource not 
The latest official navcore is 7..., so it does not support new maps. I made some research on the internet and they say Navcore 9.401 Fan Edition is the only one that works on my device. I tried bunch of others, but it only keeps restarting all the time.

Can you repost the file again, download links arent working anymore.
I would like this particular version as its the only one i can use to upgrade the Tomtom Ecplise as i understand it.
