Merging Multiple POI files??

I am a truck driver for a large supermarket chain and a number of us drivers are trying to compile a list of all the stores we deliver to by storing them as a poi on our tt's. I would just like to know if I could merge multiple poi files to make 1 poi file for us all to use when we have all the data stored! Any help would be appreciated........ oh, if this is possible what do i need and where can i get it??

There is a few sites that offer this service to join the POI files here is 1 below, altho i have not tested this method of joining them so remember to back them up first, But please report back here your findings for others to learn from
