I have no idea why 910 was closed or who closed it. It is open now.
Europe West 910.4892 Installer: part 5 is also off line. FF has posted this note on each of the 4 offline parts:

Europe_Truck 910.4958 part 1 is missing.
Europe_Central 910.4892 has the same FF note that Europe West 910.4892 Installer has.
