There is a problem with Fastactivate, before you run the patch you ALWAYS have to use option #1
If you don't do that the patch will go wrong.
There is an even bigger problem, I hosted everything from Fastactivate for P3dro until about 2 months ago, unfortunately both of my servers don't work anymore so option #1 doesn't work either.
It is true that the tool does retrieve a meta.txt file, but that is more or less from before WWII.
So it should work if you first run option #1, with patience, and then replace the old meta.txt with the latest new one and then run the patch.
I haven't had any contact with P3dro for over a year, so when my servers are back online the url in Fastactiavte won't work anymore, but there is also TTactivator.
This one might be a bit more difficult to use if you are used to Fastactivate, but everything is in there, but even there the meta.txt is a problem, because it is often not up to date and you have to perform the same action as with Fastactivate.

Although I have doubts about the error message map not found, there could well be a second problem.
