What steps have you taken?

I used fast activate, meta are ok

You should have a file called meta.txt in the root of the device?

Check it has the appropriate meta code inside and then close it and rename the file to mymeta.txt and try again

There is a problem with Fastactivate, before you run the patch you ALWAYS have to use option #1
If you don't do that the patch will go wrong.
There is an even bigger problem, I hosted everything from Fastactivate for P3dro until about 2 months ago, unfortunately both of my servers don't work anymore so option #1 doesn't work either.
It is true that the tool does retrieve a meta.txt file, but that is more or less from before WWII.

So it should work if you first run option #1, with patience, and then replace the old meta.txt with the latest new one and then run the patch.

I haven't had any contact with P3dro for over a year, so when my servers are back online the url in Fastactiavte won't work anymore, but there is also TTactivator.
This one might be a bit more difficult to use if you are used to Fastactivate, but everything is in there, but even there the meta.txt is a problem, because it is often not up to date and you have to perform the same action as with Fastactivate.

I changed meta and also I used meta updated, both have the correct meta for my french map but map not found by fast activate :
94 FA 23 09 A0 40 7A 3B 2E 26 DE 98 14 7F 1A 45 France-104499.meta ; France 1150_12727
also I put and old card "france 1070-12727", and fast activate found this old card, very strange.
Perhaps new card france 1150 is not good on this site ?
