AFAIK it should work with a key that allows you to enter the default Device ID for the apples.
As most of the newer tools depend on automation you might do some digging for suitable tools.
If I'm not mistaken the Easyusetool Frontend by Cyber-Crack and Bobby's BBS tool allow manual entering, maybe even the acual version of Albert's activator.
Do a Google search and you will find it, sorry but I can't remember the Iphone ID, but maybe someone can quickly post it.

Thanks for the information, I don't suppose there is a tutorial or anything I can use to find out how to create a deviceid.txt and how to activate the cams once I have the deviceid.txt ? this is very new to me and I am having a hard time finding any info on this?

I don't have an iPhone, but i think you just need to use a keygen that allows you to input the device ID manually, and generate the licence file on your PC, then move to the iPhone

I have been tinkering around with BBS tools, I have downloaded the latest speedcams and installed them (via bbs tools) there is a newly DCT file that has been created however still no luck, what am I doing wrong?

The correct Device ID for the iPhone is AAHBQ B2XJEI
If you use that in a keygen that accepts it it should work just fine.
