FastActivate is not work for tomtom 1.4

FastActivate is not work for android tomtom 1.4,help please!

"Does not work" is nothing we can work with.

I have samsaung tab 2, 7"p3100 android4.1.2 and samsung Grand Prime SM-G5308W,ver.4.4.4 all work Benelux_950_6492 useFastActivate with tomtom1.3,
but change tomtom1.4 ,FastActivate is work map tomtom Benelux_950_6492,
but tomtom 1.4 can not use this map,i try apk TomTom 1.4 universal and TT_Benelux_v1.4_T(for compatible TT Android maps) and TT_Benelux_v1.4_O (for original Android maps) same not work,my English is not good,hope you understand.
