Cspeech files

Sun May 23, 2010 3:44 pm

I wanted to fit West & Cent Euro 845_2647 on a 2 gig card for my TT One V2

Is it possible to delete the Cspeech files from West & Cent Euro 845_2647 to allow it to fit on my card?

I do not need speech recognition but do not know if deleting the files will affect other features.

I would like to use a map with IQ routes and do not need speech recognition.

2647 maps do Not have IQ Routes i suggest you use Western_and_Central_Europe_2GB_845_2645 (1.84 GB) this is a fully featured map with all features and will fit on a 2GB device/sd card without the need to delite any files ;) you can delite cspeech files that you do not need it is not a problem.

Thank you for helpful information.

I recently followed the map thread from this site and it clearly shows the IQ logo on the West & Cent Euro 845_2647 map.

I will follow your advise regards Western_and_Central_Europe_2GB_845_2645 .. many thanks..

Also I can see now that the compatability chart shows the correct information....

Thanks again for the advise.

You better replace them by Dummy-Cspeech files ( 0kb ). Otherwise your map might not work properly.
And, like djc151084 said, try to download the map "Western_and_Central_Europe_2GB_845_2645 (1.84 GB)".
