Cspeech & ASR on Smartphone

Map W&CE 865.3246 is stated to support speech recognition.
Can anyone tell me how to get it to work on my HTC (Win6.5) smartphone, if it's possible?
There is no information in the TomTom Navigator Manual.

You can't, Windows Mobile/CE versions of Tomtom are only basic navcores that don't support any advanced map features.
