Carminat TomTom update issue on Laguna 3 (2013)

Hello everyone,

I just own a 2013 Renault Laguna 3 with the built-in Carminat TomTom system.
I just want to update the map, but I’m running into some problems with the tools I tried:

With FastActivate, I get a message saying: “ttgo.bif or ttnavigator.bif not found”.
With TTActivator, it doesn’t detect my SD card at all.

At the moment, I can’t get any further.
Can anyone familiar with the Carminat TomTom explain what I should do, or if there’s an official/simple way to update my SD card?

If your Carminat is the 'Live' version, it cannot be done.

It’s the Live version… So there’s really no way to get free map updates?

That's right...it cannot be done other than visiting your main dealer which will cost you

And a SD Card on Alibaba ? What do you think

I have no experience with that so I cannot say...maybe someone else here can help with that?

And by any chances, do you know what is the last Carminat TomTom Update on Europe ? 11.45 or 11.25 ?
