SD card map update

hi all
I have a Go 530,with8.351 navcore.I have just updated the uk and roi map from 860.3101 to 865.3245 on the internal drive with no problem.On my SD card i have Iberia 860.3101 and western and central europe 860.3101.
I have downloaded iberia 865.3245 ran autoactive but when i change maps it just freezes.also with the SD card in the unit freezes on the start up screen.I have restored to original sd maps and all is working again
Have i missed something out.?

1. Have you confirmed that the patcher meta.txt has the 865 meta info in it?
2. Did you put a copy of the unit's ttgo.bif on the card when patching?

Yes all the above checks out and still won't run. Will try another download. It comes in 2 parts I presume I extract part 1 first onto card then part 2. On the previous down load part 2 kept asking do I want to replace existing files?

You only need to extract "part 1", WinRAR will extract "part 2" itself if it's in the same directory as "part 1".

Unzip the download, THEN copy the unzipped folder to the card.

This is also a good explanation as to why part 2 wanted to overwrite.

Ok the story so far.
I have a blank SD card,I copy ttgo.bif from internal memory and put onto SD card.I then extract iberia map onto pc then put folder onto SD card,I then extract Autoactive onto SD card and run it (the meta info id there) It finds map and runs without problems.But when I turn on unit it just freezes on start up screen.The back up of the SD card has europe and iberia map on and that runs ok.
I am stuck.

Have you confirmed that the Iberia 865 meta is in the patcher meta text?

Yes Iberia meta is in the meta text

Iberia 865 meta? Open the map folder on the card. Do you see files or a single folder, that you have to open to see the files?

I click on Sd card drive and see Iberia folder click on that and i can see Iberia-297.meta Iberia-297.meta.dct

At last I have found the problem. It seems there are at least 3 folders missing from the download. I have downloaded again and the are still missing. I think it's a upload problem.

What folders do you think are missing?

The ones missing are
Poi. Dat. Profiles. Dat. Table. Dat.
Tmcodes. Dat. Tmctable. Ttb
And. Traffic. Dat
I have cross checked these with my old Iberian 860 map.
