can't install maps on tomtom one and tomtom xl

hi friend
i'm really new in this domain so need your help step by step
so my problem is that i can't install Western_Europe_885_4010 in my tomtom one new edition
and also in tomtom xl iq route always cmap not found or error map and the really problem is i lost all data
in the 2 gps

Let TT Home install the current navcore for both units. Load the map onto both units. Navcore & map on both units must be patched. Go here: AutoActivate & FastActivate 1.8.8.5 Read the instructions. Select FastActivate Premium. Run FA P & click the first 3 buttons, 1 at a time from left to right.

Disconnect & reboot.

all done but till have the same problem map not found
perhaps i must rename the maps ?

Your navcores are not patched. What version is on each unit?

i'm sorry how to read navcores version because it's installed from tthome
