camera on original navcore 9.843

Hi all,
I have a carminat on my car, the navcore is 9.843 so I can't patch it.
The camera that i find in this site works even on original nc?

Speedcams: to use them, requires the navcore, map and speedcams be patched.

AFAIK that would be a Carminat Live and up to now there is no way to patch it or use our maps, but please correct me if it is a different model.

Yes, this is the TT Live.
So, if I want to update the speed camera have I to pay the subscription?
Is this the only way?
