Audible speed warning is it possible on a tt1

I have a tti 3d edition,navcore 8.083,w/c/e 2gb 900-4600 map also have lots of working voice .I want to change the bleep to voice (SPEED CAM AHEAD 30MPH) for the speed cams , i cant find any voice download to install or can i record my own any help would be appreciated .

I have a "Speed Camera Ahead" ogg file, but she doesn't give a speed. Do a google search for "english speed camera voices".
