I've done this before, and it worked but can't find any info to get a new USA map working on my TomTom on my Mac. Can anyone help? Thanks!

There is an alpha version of a tool that you can try here : [Please Register or Login to download file]
Since I have no Mac to test it you would have to read the insturctions inside carefully and completely.

Even I might be wrong, but patching Home is not really necessary.
The patch is only for the device simulation.
You would only need a patch if you have to put a code in your device or if you prefer to use a mouse instead of your fingers on the touchscreen.
All other functions and downloads work as usual.

I totally agree d/u but you know that punters want EVERYTHING!
Emulation (simulation) is only for route/itinerary planning and password protection.
