Copy "FastActivate.exe" to your TomTom device root directory for all product activation.

OR

Copy "FastActivate.exe" to your SD card along with a copy of your device's ttgo.bif file if using a card reader.

had fast activate on device with sd card in the tom tom , and a copy of the ttgo.bif file on the card and it would not activate them.so are you saying i need fast act on both the card and the device

No, I didn't say that. Did you right click on FastActivate and select "Run as Admin"?

Keep one copy your ttgo.bif and FastActivate.exe -> SD-Card and Device ROOT directory

then activation work both way

Now..
if you run FastActivate.exe from SD-Card it not unlock device maps
and
if you run FastActivate.exe from Device it not unlock SD-Card maps

so if you want activate all maps run FastActivate.exe from device and SD-Card
