before re-installing your backup, did u format your GPS using TOMTOM CLEAR FLASH TOOL ???

Dear Sirs I wish in this way to thank everyone for their patience and assistance you have given me.
I want to say that I followed the instructions from post no. # 42 and my tomtom is now working.
