in the speedcam thread started by nabi on 17 may 2010 he says "4. Open speedcam.txt on your PC, determine the outer coordinates of the region you need speedcams for, delete the lines in speedcam.txt that are outside this square. You could do this in excel (I think you need excel2010 for this, because of the number of lines)".
Does anyone know how, or know how to workout, the outside coordinates for specific countries eg in the western europe speedcam file identify individual countries; spain; france; uk etc.?

Why not just google earth coordinates or something like that.
