However you got it, good!

But here is what I just did on my own system (same exact Primo as you have from the torrent):

1) Put in TTS Pro_Spanish files from torrent (tts_nua_v5 folder).
2) Used only Voice_TTS-nua-esp-f2-lua-dri40-vssq5f22.zip and Voice_TTS-nua-esp-m1-lua-dri40-vssq5f22.zip in Primo/content/voice/...the same as I gave you in post # 21.
3) Put Lang_Spanish.zip in Primo/content/lang/...the same file I gave you in post #44.

4) Started Primo, went to settings, changed voice to Spanish, went to Settings/Regional and changed Program Language to Espanol...was advised to restart, did, and everything is now in Spanish...voices, program, menu choices, diMka skin options, etc. No errors or trouble at all!
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

I don't quite understand...are you talking about the dictionary.voice file in the {voice}.zip that you tried to do?
If so, WinZip will not work for that...the voice file will get corrupted.
I took your file that you translated, used WinRar, and inserted it into the dictionary.voice file within the {voice}.zip without unzipping it.

In any case, don't worry about it too much....it's done, and it works.

If you are talking about the dictionary.lang file within the LANGUAGE file (not the voice), that's a whole different thing...but the procedure is the same...you just have to know what to add for the particular skin (each menu choice, etc).
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

Hello I am trying to modify the dictionary.voice because some lines are bad, you explained what he accomplished 1.- Open with win.zip 2.- right button of the mouse opens wordpad 3.- translate lines 4.- saved changes Clear save folder and TTS voices do not work
Add file .voice correct
I can work that file or indicate how I perform ; step by step  please

All wrong.
1) No. Not WinZip
2) No. Not WordPad
3) You keep trying to add lines you don't need, and maybe should not have.
4) You don't have to delete Save folder.

Review the steps here (if you insist on potentially messing up a working file with your own edits):

:link:

I have already done it for you correctly once. I will not be doing it again.
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

So no, I will not re-do your dictionary.voice file because it will not work. The fact that you tried it yourself, and it did not work should tell you something.

If you are not getting the proper alerts and warnings, you have to ask yourself the following:
1) Are you using Navteq maps with matching *.fda files?
If not, you will not get Driver Alerts and some other warnings.
2) Are you using a speedcam file formatted correctly for Primo, /and with the alert function enabled in Settings?
If not, you will not get correct camera alerts by type /at all.
3) Are you using the diMka skin with all the correct options selected?
If not, you will not get all the vocal alerts and warnings it can provide.
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

Pardon my butting in but let me throw out there my experience in modifying Loquendo voice files. I don't know if it will be the same with Primo voices. If someone is trying to add/edit the .lex file for pronunciation or such, it MUST be done at the beginning of the file or you will lose all TTS. If one does it anywhere else, it breaks the format and all is gone. BTW, I used "Textpad."

EDIT: Please let us know if this works with Primo also.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!
ALWAYS BACK-UP YOUR FILES/FOLDERS BEFORE MAKING EDITING CHANGES!

Please do NOT post any thanks. Simply press the hand icon with the "thumb up" which is the thank you button.

No, not true with the 'dictionary.voice' file within the {voice}.zip for Nuance TTS voices. It's not that sensitive to changes, and can be edited at any point in the file (correctly within WinRar/notepad, etc as most *.zip files within iGo/Primo). Also not sensitive to order (re: alphabetical).
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

Plain text (such as in Windows Notepad). No 'format' changes at all!
