OK. That is the original Primo2 9.6.2 from October 2011. Nothing wrong with that, we can work with it, but if you CAN get the torrent, it might make things easier....it is sometimes better to start over with what I know works, rather than try to 'fix' something that I cannot see that could be very modified.

If you can get the torrent, you can pick to download files ONLY the Primo2 folder (about 240MB) and ONLY the TTS Pro_Spanish (if that is the only voice language you want) folder inside the TTS Voices folder...this will be about 76MB more. Much faster to get just these two things.
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

So you got the WHOLE THING already?
Excellent.
The WHOLE download should be about 1.38 GB. Is that the size you show total that got on your computer?
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

Fantastic!
Good job!

Now, what we need to do is re-create your Primo setup, but with all the new files you downloaded.
Step One:

Go to the downloaded TTS Voices folder and open the TTS Pro_Spanish folder in it.
Then open the Primo folder inside TTS Pro_Spanish folder and copy the whole folder tts_nua_v5 (about 73.7MB) to the root of the new downloaded Primo2 folder.
So it looks like this:

Primo2
>CONTENT
>LICENSE
>tts_nua_v5
>vocon
>branding.zip
>DATA.ZIP
>NNGHAL.DLL
>Primo2.exe
>(a few other loose files)

Step Two:
Into the Primo2\Content\Voice folder, put the two NEW {voice}.zip files that I made for you the other day and you downloaded--Voice_TTS-nua-esp-f2-lua-dri40-vssq5f22.zip and Voice_TTS-nua-esp-m1-lua-dri40-vssq5f22.zip

Step Three:
From your OLD Primo20 folder, copy over your content (map files, speedcam.txt, POI, etc) to the correct folders in the NEW Primo2\Content\ folder. If the folders do not already exist under the new content (like POI, for instance), create them as new folders.
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

Almost done!

Now, go to the new downloaded Skins folder from the torrent, and unrar diMkaWA_P153_0.rar to get diMkaWA_P153.zip. In the new Primo2\Content folder, create a new folder Skin and put diMkaWA_P153.zip in it. Trust me on this.:p

Now, look at your OLD Primo install...the folder name is Primo20 (?). Rename the NEW Primo2 folder to this.
Now look in your OLD Primo20 folder, and see the name of the *.exe that starts Primo (may be Primo.exe or anything). In the NEW Primo20 folder, rename Primo2.exe to be the same name as your old file (if it is not already the same). Be sure you are viewing file extentions in your file explorer so you don't by accident name it "Primo.exe.exe"

Now, go to your SD Card or device and delete the entire Primo20 folder. Copy the new one in it's place. Reboot the device and start Primo as you normally do....it will be like it was never set up before...choose language, voice, etc. Then activate the diMka skin as here:
To enable, go to More/Settings>Display>Day Skin Scheme>{Choose diMka} ; Night Skin Theme>{Choose diMka} : then Restart Primo2.

If you get any errors, or anything does not work, we can fix if necessary (we have not touched sys.txt because it might not be needed to do, but if your device needs it, we can add A FEW things to make it work....just let me know).

With the diMka skin, you will see many more options for TTS-Pro voices and other things than you had before. If you have questions, ask here.
Let me know how everything works.
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

I am happy to know that things work. I think what you are saying is that not all of the choices of menu with the SKIN are in Spanish?
Yes, that may be true. If you can live with that OK, it might be best. I searched to see if someone somewhere had done a complete Spanish translation for the skin, but I could not find.
Maybe you can search (some Spanish sites?)...look for translation language file for 'diMkaWA_P153'. Many skins need a translation for languages not English.

And if you remove that {language}.zip file (and/or restore the original Spanish one), does it go back to normal operation?
If yes, there is something wrong with that new file.
Can you give me a link to it so I can check it out? Or put it as an attachment?

I can understand your concern with the language in the skin, but here is the reason why it is:
The diMka skin provides options and menu choices that do not appear in the default (or many other) skins. Particularly for TTS-Pro and other advanced functions. For this reason, the 'normal' non-English language files have no interpretation of these custom buttons and choices. For legal reasons, diMka (and other skinners) cannot provide 'language' files for iGo/Primo without getting into trouble. Therefore, it is up to other users to produce replacement language files for any particular 3rd party skin. Some who do this may have more skills than others.

The whole reason I 'forced' you to use the diMka skin (and gave you the new voice files) was to see that it solved your issue with camera/voice announcements. If it did, then it proved my point, but you can choose NOT to use the diMka skin if the language differences are a big problem. You can use another skin (only for Primo2!), or none at all if you want. However, if your FDA and camera alerts then go away, the diMka skin may be the only real solution to have everything you want.
Try to set everything with the diMka skin loaded, then try to switch to another skin more 'Spanish-Friendly', and see if you still get the same results.
It is possible that, once your settings/options are set (and written to system.ini in the Save folder), they will stay functional regardless of the skin used.
Possible. Not guaranteed.

The good thing is, once you have the options set correctly, there may be no reason to visit them often, and the rest of the normal functionality of the program will remain in your Spanish, so the menu choices for the options being only in English do not matter so much.

So you have to decide which is the best compromise for you!
In any case, I, and others, can continue to help where we can, but (for me at least) another language other than English...or changing something from English to something else...is MY big problem! My fault..I only know ONE language. You are better that you can function in MORE than one!
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

No inconvenience at all!
We all just try to help the best we can...but we sometimes can't do EVERYTHING (but we may still TRY anyway).
Thank you for the file..give me a little time, and I will check it out.

Try this:

4226

To make it easier, go to Primo20/content/lang/, and DELETE every language file that you don't need.
Put the attached there as the only Spanish one.

Same with Primo20/content/voice/.....delete every language voice that you don't need. For TTS-Spanish, have only the two files I made for you before.

Erase SAVE folder.

Start up Primo 2 on the device, go through setups again, choose diMka skin in Settings....is it now (all) in Spanish?
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.
