I don't know where you got that section, or if you made it up yourself, but I cannot confirm that those are even valid for the dictionary.voice file. They may not work at all or make the whole voice invalid.

You (and as a caution to others) have to understand:
When I post something as 'working', it works. I have tested it, added everything necessary, and it works.
If you randomly add something from somebody else or go beyond the options I have posted, or add something you read somewhere else, you step out of the "Working Box", and into the "Untested or proven and you are on your own, and if it does not work, too bad for you Box".
With that in mind, here are your two modified voices. They work.

Perhaps I was not clear.
You can add whatever you want, and it may 'break' the voice. Then you are on your own.
If you want everything to work as it should, you will leave them alone.
When you install/replace the voice.zip files I just provided for you, you will see they work. If you are not happy with the way they work, then good luck with whatever you do to them.

It does not require any "Audio" folder...I think that may be a part of your problem...and using the exact same TTS-Pro voice.zip/dictionary.voice setup, I get voice sound alerts of all the different speed cameras by type, voice speed alerts, and all voice driver alerts that the Navteq maps with *.fda files can give.
I cannot 'see' your setup, so I cannot tell you what you may have wrong, but I CAN tell you that it is not the voice.zip files.

Maybe you should post your sys.txt (if it is long, please use a spoiler like before). I have a feeling there may be things in there that are wrong or that you should not have if you want things to work correct.

Now...I can help you fix your system so it works as it should, but it will require a promise from you to do exactly what I say and not what you may have heard or read someplace else. If you do not follow my steps, I cannot help you because I cannot guarantee the results.

Step Two:
Since you cannot easily get my torrent, we have to determine exactly what you have. Where did you get it, and from who?...be honest since we have to get 'back to basics' to make sure nothing interferes with how things should work. I don't care where you got it (or from who), but I need to know the state that it may be in...good or bad.

Then, on your computer (from the folder you copied there), Right Click on the {primo}.exe, choose Properties->Details Tab, and tell me the File Version and Product Version.
