I am sure that all related files have been put into the exact location....but the sound either TTS or non-TTS aren't able to be produced.....no mute function applied...

And the device is? And how did you install it?

chine made device....copy as it supposed to be... followed the guidance...can't get the sound....

Where did you get this program? I seriously doubt that you got it here. Can you link us to the source? It is incorrect in so many ways with missing files/folders and files put in the wrong place.

I would name the (main) folder on the SDcard "Primo" or "primo", and copy all sub-folders inside it.

Again, if you didn't get the program from this forum, we have no idea how it behaves or work.
Get the full package from here, or the English version as chas521 point you to.
Chas521's version is a working version from his device.

Just download my English version and using "Winrar" [version 4.00 not the current version] extract the program to your computer from the page where ONLY the Primo2 [I think it's called] folder is shown. Not the page where all the files/folders are shown. This way you get everything.
