It is generally not a good idea to delete any files/folders presently on the internal flash drive of your device in order to use a different navigational program unless you are 100% sure of what you are doing. Those files/folders were put there by the manufacturer and might be the necessary things to make your device operational. If your device uses a SD card, that's where you should be making changes if necessary. No matter where, you should ALWAYS back-up your device first. In fact, you should consider backing up your device even if everything is working correctly - you never know.:naughty:
