Something like this is usually due to an added file in the content folder. However it can also be done by the map maker themselves. I'm sorry, but I don't know what else to tell you.

As I said earlier, I got this copy of Primo from Bazzle and I thought it was something he added, but apparently not.

remove the spaces from the magnet addy. That's just my latest version. I don't see a plethora of school zones. Maybe there not many schools where I live :)

I am having difficulty following the instructions. Sorry to be a pain.
Download one at a time.
Put all files into one folder.
Open 1st one with 7zip. It will unzip the rest.

Change utility.ini sdmmc to Memorycard, memory card etc IF yours is different.

with all files in the same folder unzip the 1st one. It will make a directory and put the rest in there.
That is the folder/file you need.
The ref to the memory card is for the mapchanger.

Got it loaded but the problem persists. I'll just have to live with it.
