Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e has iGO primo 9.6.29.636868 problem

Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e has iGO primo israel 9.6.29.636868 such problem on android 10. On other devices all works well on android 9 and 10. How can this bug be fixed as shown in the pictures? [Please Register or Login to download file] [Please Register or Login to download file]
