Cant unpack all of it get this error

Then use the correct password.
Sometimes, depending on what you use to unrar a file, you must type in a password manually (not copy/paste).

well I have done it manually, but it's unpacking some of the files until it stops as I wrote before

Well, it is possible that the download was corrupted as you got it...it happens sometimes. Try to download again (and maybe choose a different Host source).
I just downloaded and checked (twice from two different sources), and everything extracts correctly and all is fine.

Like all iGO/Primo versions, get and install the program, then get the maps you need separately.
