Hi,
TTS Engine ? No , just the voice files....yes.
Ok please help/explain about the engine, sorry i am a bit of a novice but i do appreciate your help. So what do i need to do?

anyone got the latest (within the last couple of months) speedcam txt file for all European speedcams (including fixed, mobile, red light etc)

Hello, I have a Xtron 2 din Player that has a WinCE6.0 OS, Pls i need a good up to date GPS map for the UK that would work with it. Thanks

If (you don't tell) your GPS program is either iGO or Primo, then look here : maps-buildings-dem-poi-f82/roi-content-pack-t6824.html.
If the program is neither, please refer to the applicable subsection (TomTom, Garmin, ...)

Did you check the IGO map section for SEA (South East Asia) ? The maps are there.

License is included in this package, move it to license folder.
If it does not work, download the TomTom (Teleatlas) maps.
If this will not work, I think your program is old and can't work with the new generation of maps.
Upgrate to iGO 8.3.5.
