Did you look in the igo section sub-section maps? It's there.

i just tried the download and it worked perfectly. what seems to be the problem?

Sorry I said the link is down but I meant the file is not found.

Okay I just used a vpn and it worked
I guess it should say the file is not allowed in your region instead of:

Error: The file you are attempting to download does not exist or has been removed because it violates our terms of use.
