RAC300 with iGO not finding satellite any help please

Hi i have iGO8 and or Primo running on a RAC300 sat nav but it cant seem to find satellite. I Have tried all gps bandwiths and port 1 or 2.

none work can anyone help with this Please

Thanks Chas521 but how do i use this utility. Do i place on sd card with maps and install? Oh and im running windows 7 64bit os

Not really sure how to run it. However, I got to believe that if you put it on the computer, it probably gives you the opportunity to choose the letter drive you want to examine. Or if you put it on the SD card, I think it works directly. Let us know. :023:

Just put the file on the sd-card and run it using e.g. the Explorer or Total commander.
A window will be created showing:
GPS found on
Port: COM?
Baudrate: ???
Protocol: ?? (e.g. NMAE)
After closing a file called GPS.ini will be written on the SD-card
