Primo for android

Postby ovalball » Thu Mar 07, 2013 2:07 pm

I have just downloaded and installed the Primo for android app from this wonderful site.I am trying to run it on a new wayteq tablet/satnav which I have just got.It all seemed to install ok but when i press the application icon i get the following message

missing or incomplete folder
/data/com.navngo.igo.javaclient/android_linked_root\sys.txt: open failed EACCES(permission denied)

Could anyone please advise as I really would love to get Primo going on my device.

Did you check the IGO folder was complete when copying it to the sdcard?

I can't quite remember but try renaming the folder to primo, or iGO if it's already primo, if it's the wrong one you did get a similar error, also check the properties of the file, Linux (and therefore Android) is all about permissions, it might be read only.
