Primo 9.6.13.267029 skin option.

So above is what I have running stable.
I downloaded some skins from the skin section, but for some reason the latest one Dimka wa P1.7.4 doesn't show up for me to choose from.
Any help with this please?
Is there anyone out there having the same problems with this version, or is it just a bad download?

So, how was it solved?

I didn't extract the file I downloaded.
Once I've done that, right away it showed up in the skin option.
