I would kindly like to ask you for help/hint or kind of advice.

My navigation:
- PRESTIGIO GPS GeoVision 4700 (http://old.prestigio.com/products/Car-Electronics/GPS_navigators_for_CIS/GeoVision_4700)
- operating system: Windows CE 6.0
- software installed: iGO PRIMO
- I have already downloaded the latest maps.

I get the following message: "Cannot open the available map files with your license."

Is there any way how to fix/correct/hack it?

Did the device come with iGO Primo installed? It could be a genuine copy.
You would need to replace it with a cracked copy available from here.

Yes, you are right. My device already came with pre-installed iGO Primo.

On internal memory there is a folder named: "License" with three files inside: "ACTIVATION_CODES", "Asbis_Primo_FEU@12Q1_GV4700.lyc" and the last one "device.nng".

I do not know what version of iGO Primo I am currently running.

As you mentioned I need to replace it with the cracked version. Would you so kind and instruct me?

I have already copied all files from internal memory of GPS Prestigio to my notebook to have a backup (GPS -> notebook).

It does not matter what version you're running as long as it's a genuine.
Go to the program section and look for the Primo 2.4 torrent thread (sorry, I can't give you a direct link from my phone).

You MUST make sure the file.exe and folder names are EXACTLY the same as the originals, otherwise the device won't find the application and nothing will happen.

Also there are no maps included with the torrent download, you will need to add these manually.

Another thing is you may need to edit the sys.txt to include your device specific details. GPS port and baud etc

I am going to purchase a china 2-din operating system ce 6.0 What will i need to load my old maps from igo primo 8.3? is there another download for the ce 6.0 needed? i know it will come with an sd card but has no maps onit or software anyhelp would be nice. would like to have all ready when it arrives thanks all
