All the map files and poi files were gotten here. The license pack was gotten here as well (Post #12). There were some license files missing and were added last night. Still did not work. The version of Primo is 2.4

Sorry I meant from this website. That is the link where i got the program from. all file sizes match and version number is the same ( 9.6.13.267029). The poi maps were gotten from this link:

Next, I would like to check if it is a general POI problem or only with US/Canada.
can you download 1-2 other map packs to check it? choose from this list, files not too large:
kazakhstan (45MB)
Middle East (168)MB)
Mexico (180MB)
Turkey (152MB)

If any of the above POI files will show on your device, there is maybe a problem with the files you have (corrupted?).

Do you have problem with only the HERE 2013.Q3 poi? if you use NQ 2013.Q2 or any other poi does it show up? I assume that your device displays HERE 2013.Q3 maps fine?

If the above statements all apply to you, then you are not alone. I have that problem on my nexus 10. the HERE 2013.Q3 does however show up on my samsung s4. Strange thing is both my nexus 10 and samsung s4 runs the same igo primo ver and same licenses.

Try the latest global cfg file. Download it from

program-data-zip-branding-zip-license-f83/various-global-cfg-t13758.html

and then replace the one in your igo/contents/global_cfg and restart.

Worked for me. Now I got HERE poi to show up on my nexus 10. My samsung s4 actually did have a later global cfg which explains why it worked.

Interesting.
What have this poi to do with the global_cfg in Primo?
Igo 8(3.5) does not have global_cfg and this poi works with no problem.

Damn, spoke to quickly. The 2013 q3 maps work perfect now and all the poi show when you hit nearby. The one thing i cannot get working is the display showing gas stations for example on the map when you are just driving. How do i turn that on?

under settings/visual guidance do you have offer freeway services checked and then under facility type you select gas stations?
