I have installed the last one, Here_Extended_2014.Q1_140808.poi. But it did not work.

That is not the correct question. It should be now why do I see pois. Plus you need both. Extended does not work by itself.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!

I can give you the surrounding states. I don't have the time for ALL US. Which ones do you travel to?

For future reference the "extended" poi's are expansion packs for the normal poi's, they don't work on their own.

You must have normal or normal + extended for them to work.
