Playing music from bluetooth while navi? And skins? windows

So im new to this and just got my old device to run Igo primo 9 2.4-9.6.13 with Q4 2022 maps.
Hoewer everything is stock. I see there is a bluetooth icon there, and was hoping i could listen to music from my phone? But when i pres the bluetooth icon it says no program.
Also how does skins work on these devices? IS it only colour changes, or can it change the layout on the screen with combi navi/music etc?
