Delete the "Save" folder and try again, this is where all the saved data is held, sometimes it holds onto bad settings causing errors.

It is good practice to delete the save folder after every failed start.

A new save folder will be created automatically.

In my opinion, I'd just load a fresh version of Primo, you'll probably fix most your issues ;)

That's exactly what I did...and it worked great. Primo is what I had on the head unit before--I know this after becoming educated on this site and after going through the old recovered files. I wanted to be able to back up the files through Naviextras and such, but for some reason, the program won't recognize my SD card now.

Oh, and I would like to contribute to this community if possible....I couldn't find the Primo Phoneme files (a lot of the referenced links were broken). So if anyone needs them, I did recover them from my old GPS Primo program and would like to post them for download in case anyone else needs them. What's the best way to do that?

Naviextras only works with genuine versions, it refuses to see cracked versions.

There are plenty of free file hosting sites available, some are better than others. Just zip up the files and upload to one, then post the link here.

2Shared, Share byte etc.

If it ain't broke don't fix it!
ALWAYS BACK-UP YOUR FILES/FOLDERS BEFORE MAKING EDITING CHANGES!

Please do NOT post any thanks. Simply press the hand icon with the "thumb up" which is the thank you button.
