New to loading a file...need help

I just purchased a double din from china, I have a portable tt but would like to use the gps on my stereo. I have no clue about making a file for a sd card, will need help to set one up. I can follow instructions ( don't laugh) and can load a sd card. my operating system is windows ce5, need program and all required maps for us/canada plus what ever you would recommend.

It's outdated, not the tutorial itself, but the program is. Any iGO or Primo program on this website will do.

After taking my time and reading all that was provided, I have completed the program i wanted and it works great. Thank you all for the help.
