I just purchase a used car it came with a mz1010 rosen http://www.trailduty.com/docs/Rosen/Mazda3.pdf, the car was purchase in a dealer and it keeps saying is missing file nngnavi.exe... also missing the sd car would like to find out what can i do, need some help since don't know where to go or what to do...

You can download any iGo 8, iGo Primo or any other Windows-CE based GPS application from this site, along with maps and other required files and put them on a 8Gb or less SD card and your GPS should work fine (assuming there isn't a hardware problem). I've owned a few different GM-specific Rosen 1010 head-units and the nice thing is that ALL GPS-related files are stored on the external SD card, so it's very easy to get any Windows-CE based GPS app to work.
I'd recommend iGo 8 or iGo Primo as the GPS app.
