Need Help

Excuse my english , but I will try to expain my problem

I have Magellan 1700 with Igo Primi on it directly (No SD card) the problem I have at this time is I don't have access at my USB port .. I think the person make this renamed the xxxx. EXE to IBOOT directly and now it bypass my boot loading from Magellan... Someone know if it possible to BYPASS "IGO" on boot and go directly on WNCE ..P.S. I try with EXTERNAL SD without success no matter the name of my EXE (I try IBOOT, MIOautorun and much much more) ..Why I want to make that ??? NOW IGO CRASH on boot and FREEZE at booting time (around @3/4 time)

Look for a folder called "save" on the program's root, keep a backup of it, and delete it.
Shut down the device for 2-3 minutes, and turn on again.
Hope it will now work without freezing. if not.... I have no idea.

I don't have access at this folder.. No communication between usb port and my pc

Did you try to connect to the PC while iGO is working? Exit the application via the menu and than try to connect.

The app don't start , it freeze at boot time..Yes my USB is connected, I try to reboot with the reset and power on I see the Magellan logo and the boot loop after that Igo try to start and freeze and the message I see: "failed to open file UI_IGO9/800_480/ui/colpit_2.css, exiting application and no more fonction

Take a look in this thread about the cockpit_2.css.
Since you can not connect your device to the PC, I don't know how it will help you.
