I want to know what does the R3 ,R1 mean and the q4, q3 q2, q1 on navteq maps

R1 is old style iGO 8.0 which is not compatible with the more recent iGO 8.3 or Primo, and the Q1/2/3/4 refers to Quarter 1/2/3/4, ie Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun etc
