NavPal Sat nav help

Hi i got navpal satnav for trucks from amazon wanting to update the peimo 2.4 but when i connect my navpal sat nav to the naviextrAS TOOL it wont reconigse it for some reason how do i update my maps now? any ideas help ? Thank you so much regards,

Your Primo 2.4 is cracked - not from the developer. That's why it's not recognized. You would get any maps from here in the maps section.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!
ALWAYS BACK-UP YOUR FILES/FOLDERS BEFORE MAKING EDITING CHANGES!
